Pricing & contracts
Qikly is $1,500 per month per business location. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Setup and installation are fully included in the monthly price.
No long-term contract. You pay month to month. We do ask for a 90-day minimum — we need at least 3 months to demonstrate real results. After that you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
No hidden fees. $1,500/month covers everything: setup, the phone number, AI usage, dashboard access, email alerts, and ongoing support. The price you see is the price you pay.
Setup & how it works
Most businesses are fully live within 3–5 business days after booking. We handle everything — you just provide basic info about your business and we configure the rest.
Yes. We set up a Qikly-powered number that can forward from your existing number or replace it. We'll handle the setup and make sure it integrates with how you already operate.
The AI introduces itself as your business assistant, asks what service the caller needs, collects their name and preferred time, and lets them know someone will follow up shortly. The tone is warm and professional — not robotic. You can customize the messaging during setup.
The AI responds via text message, so callers understand it's automated. Most callers prefer getting an instant text over being sent to voicemail. You can customize the intro message to set expectations however you like.
You get an email alert immediately with the lead's name, service needed, phone number, and preferred time. The lead also appears in your Qikly dashboard where you can view the full conversation, add notes, and track status.
Qikly works alongside your existing tools. Leads are stored in your Qikly dashboard and emailed to you. We can discuss specific integrations during your demo call.
